When it comes to parenthood we’ve all heard the phrase before “It takes a village.” Well, why when most of us enter motherhood, does it feel so isolating & lonely?

I am here to tell you, you are not alone and there is someone who is here FOR you and cares about your mental and physical health.

Consider this your home to all things holistic health. Not just your mental health, but your physical health as well.

When we enter into motherhood our whole perspective shifts. At one point in our life we were worried what we would wear out to a Friday night dinner with friends. Now, we can barely find time to brush our teeth and are worried about wake windows and the number of wet nappies our little ones had.

It can feel like an overnight switch, we go from feeling like we have our “stuff together,” to loving the flexibility our life offers, so much time & freedom to do the little things we love, to struggling to figure out how to even take a shower.

Well, my goal is to get back to the basics and to provide a space to nurture you. We know that with littles they are always taken care of. We think about them 1000 times a day, and as we should, but how often do we think about and prioritize ourselves?

This space has been created to think about you and your health from a multi-dimensional perspective. One that honors you as a WHOLE person. One that focuses on you thriving, mama. Because we all know that when we thrive, so do our babies, our families and our communities.

My Approach

As a trained psychotherapist and wellness coach - my methodology is simple, let’s address your needs from a bio-individual perspective that looks at your situation from a bio-psycho-social lens. 

What does all of this mean?

Well, my approach is simple - every mama is different, having a very human experience. That is what I mean by bio-individual. Your needs are unique to YOU and what you need may be different than the mom sitting across from you. 

I don’t believe in masking your symptoms of anxiety, depression, guilt, the sleeplessness, the stomachaches, or the migraines, I want to get to the ROOT of it all, help pull the weeds out, and put in new seed & fertilizer, then help water that & watch it flourish. 

Secondly, by addressing your situation from a bio-psycho-social perspective, we look at you and your circumstances from a 360 perspective - what is your mind, body, and soul currently telling you and what do you need in order to feel your most optimal?
